Personal aqui in our database the values ??are registered in number format, however when will I make web applications picking up these values ??they are returned so?

You can also use the Masker Mask '999G999G999G999999' that would be: 999.999.999.999.99
In case the "G" is the point of a thousand. millions, billions and etc, and the "d", would be the decimal point or virgule, this way it will follow according to the NLS_Language, and if it is used in another language, it will appear in the right format, and you do not need to change .
