Environment information:
* Oracle version: 10g
* Operating system: Red Hat 7.3
Good afternoon Sirs I am breaking your head and I decided to ask for help to the subject.
I'm trying to install Oracle and gave this problem below:
/ Home / Bank / Database / Install / .oui: /lib/i686/libc.so.6: Version `Glibc_2.3 ' Not found (required by /home/banco/database/install/.oui)

Follow this tutorial: http://www.oracle-base.com/articles/10g ... nRHEL5.php

cara You will have to download this library in Red Hat to complete the Oracle installation.

Only open the terminal and type:

Select all

yum install GLIBC*
Remembering that you will also need the Banks:

Select all

make
binutils
compat-db
control-center
gcc
gcc-c++
glibc
glibc-common
gnome-libs
libstdc++
libstdc++-devel
pdksh
sysstat
xscreensaver

Oops!

Before creating the database with the DBCA, do the following

Select all

cd $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/lib
mv config.o config.o.old

relink oracle
do this, and I believe it solves, I had this problem but it was not with Red Hat and yes with SUSE 10, but .............

Diegopedrao I did equal to the link and did not give an error until you reach the Database Configuration part that displays TNS LOST. I'll go with ignore and see what.
