I'm a beginner in Oracle and I have a question about (+) Outer Join, I made examples in which it works but I could not understand the real utility of it.
If someone can give me one explained about it.

When in your relationship one of the sides of the comparison of the WHERE may have null values, the query will return records indepently from the WHERE Clause,

"Bring me the consultation data, regardless of whether you have ( equal information) or not (do not have) on the other side information ".
