I am a beginner in Oracle 11g

I did the normal installation I did not have a ploblem

but when I performed the SQLPLUS / AS SYSDBA
I had the error:

Select all

ORA 01031 INSUFICIENTE PRIVILEGIO
I performed the command SQLPLUS /NOLOG and tried to connect to the bank without success = (

does anyone have a solution to help me? ?

in Windows this is ..

Select all

 
sqlplus sys/senha as sysdba
