Personal, I researched the whole of Brazil where this course has this course, it is very difficult because it is not anywhere. Only in São Paulo that it is possible to open class at Oracle's official school, but the class has to be closed, if I am not mistaken with at least 7 students. The school name is ensof. If you are interested, it is good to give a call and check it out. The phone is on their site.
