Oracle Client and Networking Components Were Not Found. The Oracle Version 7.3.3 Or Later Client Software Installation. PROVIVER IS UNABLE TO FUNCTION UNTIL THEESE COMPONENTS ARE INSTALLED

This note is well complete and features a series of checks that you could review in your settings to heal this problem.
