I installed Oracle 9i Express here and I'm trying to generate Java classes to access them by SQL, the problem is that when I'm going to create these classes of the mistake that my Java is not installed. I wonder how should I precede that Oracle can get the Java? Because on my machine I have the Oracle SDK installed because I am Java programmer so I use several tools like NetBeans Ireport, but in the case of Oracle appears this message saying that I do not have the Java installed.

Thanks

See this Oracle document where you have the comparatives of all versions of Oracle 10G: http://www.oracle.com/technology/produc ... family.pdf
ie: No Oracle XE can not create Java Stored Procedures. :-(

Java is a native language in Oracle, that is, you do not need to install or set anything.

Just create your "Java Stored Procedures" is to use them in any object of yours, calling them in your PL SQL

Post the mistake there ... explains your step by step

It was simple, I installed Oracle 9i and I created my procedure using a java class, the error that gives is this same says that I need to install Java, but from what they said above it looks like the expression does not support java codes, I'll get a version Normal to test.
