How to start Xwindows file (. sql or a shell) for procedure

Hello, I have a .SQL file or else a shell script inside a directory in unix.
I need to run/execute .SQL or shell that through a procedure.
Anyone have any tips!

I can HOST command, but running sql plus directly from unix. What I need is to run this host somehow in my procedure thanks

Friend, I never had to do something similar, but out of curiosity I did a search on AskTom site and I came across something that seems to be what you need.

I have always used a package called DAEMON that executes commands in the operating system: viewtopic.php?t=2226

Thomas, created the pkg DEAMON and when I run through the parameter (for example: ' rm/interface/teste.txt ') where the error I believe returning status 1.

What's missing,,:??????

Hmmm.. I can't tell you, because I never had to install the DAEMON. She always was ready to use. Maybe some DBA get the answer:-S
