unix commands in pl sql '

I want to move a text file from a directory on the Unix server to the client machine (C:), does anyone know tell me if it is possible to do this via pl ' sql?

With PL/SQL, it's not possible, because it runs on the server itself.
You will have to use any language for that matter Forms, Java, something you turn on client machine.

You can put classes javas in the database for this, because the java accesses the disk physically, so that the database has to be installed with the JVM and allowed the same access to the disk
