Select No returns data from inside the procedure

Guys, I have a select simpl. from inside the procedure I execute a select * from all_tab_columns and he doesn't return anything. When I execute the same select isolated outside the procedure he returns the data.

someone's got a problem with this?

@cleberz, post here the code of procedure so we can help you. Until the 11 g, select to return data in a procedure you need to create an output parameter of type sys_refcursor, you did that?

I believe that it can be problem of grant, owner for execution of the procedure.
Have you checked that? If the procedure is an owner different from what you run the select manually?
