How to access the underlying Postgre for a Stored procedure

I would like to know if anyone knows a way to get data into an underlying postgre Sql for Oracle database?

from the forms I got access, but would like to directly access the Oracle Database.

I never made that connection, but there is a thing called HS-Heterogeneous Services which aims exactly to connect oracle in several different banks.

Lavellec, you can write stored procedures in java by accessing the postgres, and making queries in java etc, and what do you need more, you can montrar another stored procedure, pack, etc, for you to work with your normal base. I.e. a pack for you to work with your data, and another pack (procedure, etc.) in java to connect and make queries in postgre save in eventual partnership tables etc. ..
Or you can use the também Oracle Gateway, but I don't know much about this:P flow uncle ...
