Does anyone know how to get the IP address information of the current database via PL/SQL? Who can help, thank you.

You can find the HOST of the server like this:

SQL> select host_name from v$instance
  2  /

HOST_NAME
-------------------------------------
ti-banco

SQL>
dr_gori

So far so good, but we don't have any view of system that can contain IP information?

Hmm ...I do not know such a view that contains the IP.
But I believe that this information can be obtained through a java stored procedure or a batch .... If anyone knows something, post here!!! :-)
