Recently, I found a survey by APINFO about working CLT x PJ. Here are some opinions of professionals surveyed:

Those who prefer working as CLT, highlights the following advantages:

* For ensuring employees a right that is in law that it is the INSS gathering, FGTS, and other benefits such as, VT, VR, Medical ASS and Odontologica, Food Basket, Scholarship
* Stability, to receive some money when is sent away.
* Clt gives more security, more stability
* currently is not worth more worth working as PJ. Taxes are too high! In addition to CLT companies often deal better ... the bond is higher
* I'm already past the age of living like PJ ...
* It appears more stable; allows the employer to invest in the employee (training).
* Gone is the time, now a CLT gets close to a free, in addition, \"free\" does not have anything, because u is bound to stay on the client, taking up all business hours, and finally, the big consulting firms dominate the market so that u can only work through them
* in management positions, there is no possibility of growth for free-lancers, the except in consulting firms. Moreover, the tax burden is increasingly heavy to PJ consultants
* Stability. Not need to run after the project when the current one is finished.
* CLT is a guarantee for the next job.
* I feel more safe and welcomed by the company to take any action and make decisions based on my

In the table the two wages are equal, of course that there is better to work with CLT. The only advantage seen to work as PJ is to have a higher salary, which is typically 50% to 70% greater than the CLT system.
A time that saw a table showing that up to a certain value had better be CLT, above this amount more worth PJ, it begins to pay less tax, except I do not remember what that value.

The CLT is still the best alternative to have long-term life expectancy.

Guys, I'm in this dilemma, I observed the spreadsheet but everything is relative, have some method of calculation (can be approximate) to tell me if I won 5000.00 CLT is equal to earn 4500.00 CLT?
Honestly this is not my area of ??expertise, and get reading and rereading laws is very time consuming, if anyone has this knowledge and want to share I'm grateful.

honestly .. it's all the same .. q changes is the amount of salary and benefits ..

each case is different so MAKE YOUR WORKSHEET .. these q is out there does not help decide .. may even help prepare your .. but does not use it to decide never contemplate the real situation of the parade ...

takes the clt salt and calculate all ...

Plans (health, ondonto)
holidays
FGTS
INSS
PLR
Bonus

al sum it and sees her salary ...


thy handle and PJ begins to decrease
tax - an average of 16% (varies the type of company)

I just change my clt by at least 50% increase, but I am where I am ..

my business is down ...
last month paid 150 union dues
I paid more and last 79 permit not know q

simply look the equalization of wages is complicated because the company paying $ 5000 you like PJ its actual cost does not reach R $ 6,000 with taxes it has to pay, since if it you pay $ 4000 as CLT the company spending you exceed US $ 7000.

so many companies always prefer PCs cost less for them ...
for the same company that pays you the 5mil, how will they pay you CLT near 3mil, and still spend more ...

I know about that excess taxation that CLT hiring focuses on business, but I want one only view the worker's point of view, no matter how much the company will pay taxes, which is the equivalent to my pocket
