The trouble between Oracle and Google about a supposed misuse of the Java software in the enterprise applications of Mountain View. Oracle returned to court and appealed against in favor of given to Google at the end of September.
The company sent its appeal to the U.S. Court of appeals, federal case law entity, in a new effort to sue Google. Oracle wants a settlement of $9 billion, claiming that Google used 37 Java APIs to develop its operating system for mobile devices.
Late last month, another Oracle resource request was denied in a federal court in California (USA) and was the company's second defeat of Larry Ellison, since in May the jury had assessed the case and gave gain for the company of Mountain View.
Judge William Aslup, in charge of the case, denied the application for resumption of the process. In addition, he refused the request of Oracle to request a new trial. However, Oracle turned to federal court to try to reverse the situation.
According to legal analysts, the new feature of Oracle is not surprising, but it's a desperate measure that should not work for the company of Larry Ellison. Terms of " " misuse are subjective to American justice, and will be difficult to change the previous opinion of the jury, which gave cause for the Google gain. However, if Oracle wants to continue disbursing funds to win worlds Google in court, what remains is to see how this novel unfolds.

Instead of Oracle benefit from it spreading all over the world: our language Java is " in 2 billion devices, including your ".

But the guys think they earn a few bucks and still risk Google send shit Java and create a language all their own. Typical decision coming of investors.
