"Oracle requires, in order to grant certification that, in addition to passing on all evidence, the candidate
has attended at least 1 Oracle official course of the curriculum in which he is making sure . " \r\n

Exams and Courses do not have to be completed in sequence. However, Certifications must be completed in the prescribed Order: OCA> OCP> OCM. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT TRAINING BE Completed Prior to Taking The Exams, But this is not required.

I am currently studying for OCP Proof (Developer), this being a 1Z0-141 .

I did not know of a mandatory official course about it, but if you know more information, please post here.

Colleagues,
I took the Oca Developer Certification now in May / 2008, and no official course for Hollow, but to take the Cert. OCP Developer (in my case) is required at least 1 official course.
This course requirement comes written on that "Examination Score Report" sheet that is given to us when we finished the 1Z0-147 exam.
I called En-Soft that Minister Oracle official courses and they confirmed me that Oracle really requires an official course.
Interesting fact is that we can even take the 1Z0-141 exam and even pass, but the certificate and card will only be issued if we do the official course.

I had said in the previous transfer that needed an official course to take OCP Developer, but no need not, I made the 3th test (1Z0-141) and received the certificate and The card without problems, without having done any course, OK.
