First proof of OCA track (Developer) ...

I'm thinking of following the Oracle certifications track, first by the Developer Track.
I saw on the Oracle website that you need to do 2 tests to get the hollow. My question is as follows:
Which of the following examinations do you think best to do (that would be the first test)?
Introduction to Oracle 9i: SQL (1Z0-007)
Introduction to Oracle: SQL and PL / SQL (1Z0-001)
Oracle Database SQL Expert ( 1Z0-047)

As I said I had my opinion, I'll put it here to see if anyone agrees or at least discusses with me on different points of view.

1Z0-007 -> Approach the person in use SQL in Oracle;
1Z0-047 -> Evolution of 1Z0-007;
1Z0-001 -> Makes a mixture between SQL and PL / SQL. It may be the most indicated by the person to take advantage of the studies of PL / SQL for the other steps of the certification program;

What do you think? I think it would be the best option the 1Z0-001 exam.

The Oracle Database SQL Expert Proof (1Z0-047) was invented just to earn another graninha on top of the staff, it is the same as the others but with some situations a little more "catch-raton". I have not done yet but I'm thinking of doing just to receive another expert certificate in SQL (yes, doing this test already earns a certificate)

An advantage of doing proof 1Z0-007 is that you can do the same using your PC, in your home, with the book open and taking an orange juice or for cachaceiros, even an icy breja on the side ... rs

jokes the part, but that's it. If you have Oracle installed in your home, you can even test some boring SQL * plus functions that fall into the test.

I do not think there is only one certificate for this test ...
how much does the test in your home or in a prometric center. If you do in an authorized center you will receive a report with the percentage of hits and in your home, just print or access later in the history link on the Prometric website.
to have the final certificate you have to make the other tests that are part of the certification and this you will receive at home directly from Oracle.

I did at 047 in Prometric and it does not give certified by itself. It's just a performance report. After I made 001 I received about 2 months later at home the "Diploma" direct from Oracle, attesting the OCA, due to approval in both tests.

As for the content, there is not a lot of secret, whoever wears a day-to-day life and likes Oracle is good. Lots of stored procedure, triggers, sql queries to see if you are well concepts. There are simulous ones that you can pick up torrent or e-mule, those who have for TOEFL as well. But still think it's best to get the face in the documentation and practice it.

The title of the certificate has a validity of two years, so also plan the period in which you will intend to use.
