Compiling a Core Forms of EBS 11 in Forms6

Dear friends, I have a big problem ...
I'm customizing a Core Forms of EBS, I simulated an environment on my machine, bringing all PLLs and FMB's that are linked, when I open the forms in the Builder, open without problems ... right ..
But when I will compile it in the Builder, it closes the program and aborts, and if I ask to save, to compile on the Linux server, it drastically decreases its size, passes from 8MB to 3MB , and if I try to compile on the server, it does not generate the .fmx ..

Has anyone ever passed by ??

Very strange face What version of Forms? I find that and version bug tries to upgrade to the 6i patch 18 that is the most stable.

The version of my forms is 6.0.8.11.3

You can download it from Metalink if your company has a valid support agreement (CSI Number).

Try to download Patch 16, 17, and 18 of Forms / Reports 6i.

Dude, I'm going to make your life easier.

1 - Go to Metalink and click on the Patchs & Updates link.
2 - In the PACTH NAME OR NUMBER field, place 4183804 and click Search.

All PACTH 17 for Forms 6i


will do the same process but with the number = 4948577 to come the PACTH 18 of Forms 6i.

I recommend upgrade to PACTH 18 only if you are using Forms with EBS.

Do you know if you have severe probles if I update the patch 18 and use the forms outside the EBS ??

I use it for the EBS and out of it, constantly ..

PACTH 18 and experienced for bug fixes accessing EBS.

But I have already used for Client / Server application and it worked right., But many people do not recommend.

You can assemble a development service for EBS and another normal Server Client machine, but it is at your criterion.
