Hey everybody ... td certin??

I need to make a basic SELECT here but I don't know how you do it..

following problem, exists that Select:
SELECT table_name FROM user_tables:
which returns the names of all the user tables.

What I would like to know how to do a SELECT that returns the name of the fields in a table.

EX: TABLE ID_CARGO NOME_CARGO POSITION ETC. ..

does it have?

If anyone knows how to do that I appreciate.

grateful attention of vocês ...

Junior, is there a select ready for you ...

Code: Select all
    SELECT column_name, data_type, data_length, data_precision, data_scale, nullable
      FROM user_tab_columns
     WHERE table_name = upper(prm_nome_tabela)
     ORDER BY column_id
is that what you need?
