Good afternoon,

At the end of some time "lost" trying to create reports for printing by manipulating templates, I noticed a magnificent tool called "Oracle Business Intelligence", where through your installation A tool in Microsoft Office is available so that we can create our printing reports simply. Then I followed this tutorial http://www.oracle.com/technology/obe/ho ... otn.htm#t1 and everything went well until the step 21, then test the report gave the following error:

Select all

'ORA-20001: The printing engine could not be reached because either
the URL specified is incorrect or a proxy URL needs to be specified.'
I do not realize Well, the problem, but because I understand the printing engine is not working ...
I'm using Oracle 10g, can anyone help?

Thanks for the attention

Lousada,
According to the link http://www.mail-archive.com/oracle_br@y ... 03609.html you had any problems in your application.
post what you were doing.
Did you correctly configure the connection to the bank?
You started BI Publisher, in the Apex you pointed out where the BI server is?
or did it in Bi Publisher?
I usually develop directly at Bi Publisher, just pointing the bank in my publisher's sources, may have missed it.

Sincerely,

From what I saw in the tutorial and it has some PDFs for you to set everything up.
In the link http://www.oracle.com/technology/produc ... ng.html#07 is talking about your error and how to solve.
