There is a free course, without certificate, for those who are really interested in learning.
is from the Union Court of Auditors, which is also developing applications using APEX. The course has some particularities, focused on the context of the organ, but it is very good (as well as being free).

I would like to recommend to you an online course of an England company, called DBCON http://www.dbcon.com).
The company has 2 on- Line of Apex, a basic and another advanced. The quality of the courses is very good, not to say excellent. The company presents manual, exercise book and a company area for you to develop exercises.

The courses are obviously in English. But it gives anyone who understands a little technical English (tequinese).

When I did the courses I got the company that made these off-line courses (recorded). This helped me overlap explanations that were not very clear in English. It also allowed me to better schedule my study schedule.
