Collection of statistics

Good morning,
Is there any way to collect statistics from a table after it being populated for the first time or every time it is populated?

The auto optimizer stats collection if it is activated as it will be the functioning of it?

From Oracle 12c when you run certain operations such as CTAs and Insert Select with Hint Append (see [ https://oracle-base.com/articles/12c/on ... oads-12cr1 , an automatic statistics collection will already occur in the table.

As for " Auto Optimizer Stats Collection ", when it is enabled, allows automatic statistics collection on window (from 2nd to 6th to 10:00 p.m. or Saturday from 2:00 pm on Sunday).
