Asterisk in Insert

I have a block with several multirecord fields. At the Block When_create_record trigger I feed my fields with a value.

He does the insert perfectly in all fields of the block, but only in a field it does not show the value, but an asterisk ***. I'vê checked the field properties, it's the type I'm inserting, it's Base-Item Data, it's Ensert Allowed, it's not enabled Query Only and other ONLY property, there is no WHERE Clause in the block. The properties of the block também are OK.

I tried to insert by Lov, inserts all the fields, but this said whose is with asterisk.
