Exp Oracle 11 (does not recognize command)

Hello friends,
I am trying to perform a backup via the bank, but the EX command is not recognized as an internal or external command, an operable program or a batch file.
Jã I searched and followed the tip of one of our friends, creating a CMD file, where I set the environment variable. But even so it did not work.
could anyone help me?

Just to allow a better analysis, could you inform the exact version of the operating system and the database?

If you happen to Windows, open a window in MS-DOS, run the "Set <Enter>" command and post the reasseadings here.

If for Windows - and advancing a little - it is possible that Oracle_Home or PATH variable are poorly defined.
