I back up using DTPUMP by Schema and works well here, see if your EXPDP is similar to that.

Select all

expdp user/senha@sid directory=DPbackup dumpfile=DUMP_USER.dmp schemas=USER logfile=DUMP_USER.log

Anything posts your aí to verify.
