Create bank with another name

Personal, I would like to make a full backup of the database and restore this backup on another machine, but with another instance name, I can do this via RMAN, however as the machines will not be connected to the network I can not use the clone database option, How could I make a full backup and back this backup on another machine by changing the instance name?

You can restore with the same name that is easier, and then use the NID utility, it is a simple and fast process.
