Skip Page in Reports

Galera, this is the situation
I have a user who began to print front and back the report.
Ai has a group that ends .. from a page protect and the next group starts on the other page.
The problem is the following ...
The new group can not be printed on the back of the page of another group
ex:
front
Group: Assets
AAA
AAA
AAA
Total: AAA
Verse
Group: Inactive

This verse would have to come blank .. and the ninth group has to start on another paper ..

You can not test whether the page is par or odd?
So if you are odd, give a more pubebreak.
(I do not know if I get it right)

I have all this in a Query só in Report, and how can I do for when to change the description to break the page?

In Example Line 4 should appear on page 2.
