Does Not Open the Reports Builder - Windows 7

Good morning guys
It's not today that I have this problem.
The first time the Reports Builder, do not quiz open (it gets open on the toolbar, but it does not open to make changes). It worked the other day normally.
Now, I have this problem since yesterday. I'vê rested the machine, I turned off, I reinstalled.
I do not know what I can do anymore. My only is windows seven

I'vê had this problem. The window gets hidden for some reason. Right-click the bar button and see if a "Show Window" or something appears.

Just happen to me today, in Windows 7 64 bits. For some reason, Windows triggers the minimized Builder Reports, and does not allow maximizing.

To resolve It is easy: With Reports running, open the Process Manager, on the Programs tab, right-click the Report icon and choose "Maximize".

Does this come from Windows itself?

I believe it is some incompatibility of WOW64 with Reports 6i. I never had this problem on 32-bit machines.

I'vê seen a similar case, and gripping on Google, I discovered that there is an incompatibility problem of your Oracle version with the 64-bit version of Windows Seven, but it works quiet at 32 bits.
