Is it possible to execute an external file by Oracle?

Hello everyone, is it possible to run an external application from a procedure?

What I Need is that all I call a procedure x it loads a .jar file executable on the PC that you requested, does anyone know if it is possible?

In Reports does not have the Host command.
If it is above version 9, I think you can with Java. : roll:
