Select for Extraction of Changes

Guys, does anyone know a SELECT to extract the changes made and the tables that have changed in Oracle? I need to send this information to the audit.

Changes: Do you say changes to table structures? Creating or changing new objects in the bank? Or are you referring to lines changes from a table?

Oracle has a "feature" calling "Audit Trail" along with the "FGA (FGA) (FINE GRAINED AUDITING)" but it is not automatically connected to the bank, you need to set parameter to create politics and everything else, it's a bit tricky.

By default in Oracle comes nothing to do this.
