11g client does not install

Dear,

I'm trying to install Oracle Client 11G R2 Win32 in a W7 32bit's SO,
The installer opens the prompt and then closes and nothing else happens (no error message ).
I tried the Client 10G installer and the same thing happens.
Someone could tell me what's going wrong

I have already tried compatibility with Windows XP Service Pack 3, Windows 7 and run as administrator for both the SETUP and the IOI file from the Install folder. I tried to the Oracle 11G R2 client and with the Oracle 10 client .. and does not install .. it opens the prompt .. closes and not the error message no ..
