Ora-12514/XE/Bank Client Server Connection

Good afternoon.

I'm trying to perform the connection to the database, between a notebook and a desktop (client) (server).
I have fixed the server IP.
Set up the tnsnames.ora to perform the connection.
Through the client can perform a ping on the server.
But when trying to connect to the server the ORA-12514 error is displayed.

Tnsnames.ora information are thus:
Code: Select all
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = = 1521))
To read other forums here on page tried to perform some changes to the listner.ora, but without success, and still couldn't access the local bank. The last test I did was change:
Code: Select all
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = Usuario-PC)(PORT = 1521))
      (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = = 1521))
Includes the line with the IP of the server.

The services are all in the air, both on the server and the client.
Once informing the IP directly in tnsnames.ora didn't see the need to change the sqlnet.ora.

Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
I appreciate the attention.

Good morning Leo, make the following attempt.

1 return the change that you made in the LISTENER 2nd change the file sqlnet.ora SQLNET client. AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES = (NONE) If you don't resolve, 3rd change the Tnsnames.ora (SERVICE_NAME = EQUILIBRIUN) for (SID = EQUILIBRIUN) if it still doesn't work, they just my ideas.

Just a reminder, if I'm not mistaken, for a change in the LISTENER from the Bank to take effect, you need to take down and up the Bank.

Spernega, thanks for your attention.

Did your first proposal: Returning the amendment made in the LISTENER and changing the sqlnet.ora file I couldn't connect.

After that, I made your second proposal: Changing the Tnsnames.ora and with that began to occur two errors: In connection with the local bank: ORA-12224 TNS no listener On the database connection on the server: ORA-12505 TNS listener can't determine the SID given in connect descriptor.

Remembering that rebooted the client machine to tip and up the Bank.

My options are running out.

The name SID or SERVICE_NAME EQUILIBRIUN is correct?

Tries to connect directly into the Bank and executes this select:
Code: Select all
select name from v$database;
if not EQUILIBRIUN, change your TNSNAMES, to try.

If it doesn't work, it is better to some real DBA to respond ...
