Good afternoon to all of the forum,
I'm new in the area and I know it's not asking (always) that you learn things. But in despair and suffocation, asking and solving learn in double. rsssssssss
I need a help in the following case:
I have a server with Windows Server 2008, Xeon E5-2620 with 32GB of RAM but installed Oracle 10G 32-bit.
By using Oracle 32-bits I can not increase the memory larger than 3GB. Does anyone have a light that can help me?
Thanks in advance,
Ricardo

I do not know if it's so simple in your case, but I believe that just changing Oracle to a 64-bit will solve your problem fully.
Here you have some tips that maybe help: http://www.dba-oracle.com/oracle_tips_ram_waste.htm
Strange that your CPU is 64 bits, your machine has 32GB RAM, and a 32-bit Oracle was installed on it. :-S

It is always good to remember that 32-bit architectures can address only 4 GB of memory, to address values ??higher than 4 GB, it is recommended that the 64-bit architecture, ie 64-bit operating systems, because they can process a larger number of instructions.

I believe the operating system is 64 bits and only Oracle that was installed was 32 bits.
(Because it is very strange that you have such a powerful machine with Windows 32 bits).
Could you confirm the version of everything? (Operating System and Oracle)
