Procedure in MSSQL Server - Export Result Query to .txt or

Good morning,

I have a need to export in .txt file separated by virgules.
The contents of this file is the result of a query.

But they use a command called BCP or SQLCMD, are these unique form of doing this procedure?

I have a procedure in Oracle, however, for policy policy issues, I can not create an Oracle db_link for SQL_SERVER.
