Good afternoon,
I followed all the steps described above though when I will log in to the forms with my database the forms is locked and it is so until I finish the process.
When I installed 32-bit environment, but after I follow the steps below the problem was solved:

Select all

conn as sysdba
senha:sua_senha
1]]

After following the steps above I would solve the problem in windows 32 bits ... but in 64 it did not work very well ..
Has anyone ever went through a similar situation? I am almost formatting for 32 bits again my not ...

Thanks for the attention.
