How to Start File (.sql or a shell) by procedure

Hello,

I have a .sql file or then a shell script inside an unix directory.
I need to rotate / run this .sql or that shell through a procedure.
Someone would have any tips!

By the host command I can, but running SQL Plus directly from UNIX. What I need is to run this host somehow in my procedure

I always used a package called daemon that runs commands in the operating system:

I created PKG Deamon and when the execution passing the parameter
(for example: rm /interface/teste.txt) Always from error I believe Returning status 1 ..
