Message to the user connected from the database

Do you know if you can send a message, from the database, to a particular user (or all) that is connected to the database, using an application developed in Forms 6i?

Just have a table that has the name of the user who is sending the message, the text he wants to send and another one that has the name of each user he wants to send the text .. .

Hence, you can create a timer there in your forms that reads this time table in time to see if something arrived ...

You can not send messages to users by the bank.
If you want something like that, you'll have to create ...
