I know a way to do this ..
more like a thing in Oracle ..
is carinhu ...
is called jheadstart, you can search in the Google, who has enough tutorials with him ...
The negative points I know of jheadstart are
- is expensive
- and when to deploy your client application, the customer It has to buy it too, soon, it is more expensive = D
I have never been able to transform the FMB into ADF, but já saw several prints, hehehehehe
Search on google também by forms2adf
if you are thinking of migrating your forms, seeks about forms2apex
which is something that is being very done in all Brazil ..
Anything, Xama nois ..
