Hello, I'm new to this forum, I'm new to programming at DB Oracle. I would like to collaborate to solve my problem ...

I am trying to develop an import and export system through XML.
to import the XML file:
- I created an "IMPORT" folder, will have a job that will check the folder to see if there is an XML, if it checks the contents of the XML and If there is no table it creates a new one if it exists it does the insert or update. After the end of this process it moves the XML file to "import_ok" folder.
- I created the "Export" folder, where the XML files are going to be exported by FTP.

My question is if I will have to create a job for each XML file, or do you have any resource in Oracle that he can identify that the * .xml file exists?
What is the best method so that I can load the XML information to the table?
Is there any command that Oracle can move the folder file in case the XML of the "import" folder for "import_ok" folder?

Thank you very much for everyone's attention!
