I am posting here a nice link that is an application made in Apex in which the user can 'test' some features that Apex provides. Next to this application (column Presentation) there are some very interesting links that refers to some presentations about Apex.

It is not normal.
I had to create a 10 workspace and none of them got 5 minutes to get the email.
