Hi!
I have several programs running with the JCOMM component that does the job of accessing the serial port directly within the Forms and working perfectly in Windows 95/98. However, when I put these same programs to run on machines with Windows XP, simply the door string does not come, or sometimes comes only the first character.
Does anyone know how to solve or suddenly another component for forms that works well in Windows XP? Or still some configuration in Windows to work cool as well as it works in 98?

Thanks!

Brother, what is the scale version of Toledo?
I performed a Toledo 6 scale communication project (Firex, by IP), with Forms 6i.

If you want to make communication using Windows 98, beauty operating system. Just install JComm. OCX and set up (see [http://home.arcor.de/jensaltmann/JCOMM/jcommvbx.htm). Gora if it is in XP there screwed. I still did not find the solution.

The solution was to modify the fonts and use Microsoft MScomm.
