Problem in accenting patch

Hello,

I am trying to climb a patch that contains a concurrents and their descriptions have accentuation. The patch does not present a problem, but in the application, the descriptions of the concurrents comes in this way "validation sefaz".
I have tried using

Select all

export NLS_LANG="American_America.AL32UTF8"

and

Select all

export NLS_LANG="BRAZILIAN PORTUGUESE_BRAZIL.WE8ISO8859P1"

before LDT extraction and before application, but without success.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?

I do not know if it is possible to do this there, but try to convert LDT to UTF8.

I discovered the error.
At the beginning of the patch had the line characterset WE8ISO8859P1 I commented it and the objects rose correctly.
