Download Problem - Web Adi
thanks for the feedback.
I am performing data load on HR. In some cases I download to make sanitation and then upload these data.
The problem is that the data is read (when the worksheet is mounted appears the amount downloaded) but do not appear in the mounted worksheet.

The print of the mounted spreadsheet
The curious is that if I use Word data is downloaded.
I am using Excell 2010. I can open the spreadsheet in a good one. If I only try to load data works without problems.
The only problem is that the data that should be read are not downloaded in the worksheet. Even, very quickly, during the download process the number of downloaded lines, but then it presents that the process was completed and after closing the completion screen the worksheet is mounted but without the data that should be downloaded.
I have already used another machine with Excell 2007 and also occurs the same problem.
The Internet is configured and also the Excell. As I said above, I can use the spreadsheet to upload. The problem only occurs when I try to download data.
During the download process this screen is blinking. At the end, the number of rows (in this case was 129 lines) appears quickly. After the download process is completed and closed the confirmation screen, no line was loaded.

Here's a script for you to check if the setting is OK.
I hope it helps.
This error may occur for the following reasons:
1. Macro security is set to:
· Very high, and the application finds a signed macro, but it was automatically disabled. Use the following procedure to enable the macro:
1. Select the Tools menu option, and then select Macro and Security. In the resulting security dialog box, set the security level as high by clicking the high radio button.
2. Close the file and any instance of the application running on the computer (close all applications that use this application).
3. Open the file again, check the confidence certificate details and set the box Always rely on macros from this editor if you rely on the certificate issued by the editor.
4. Click the Enable button to allow the macro to run.
· High, and the application finds a signed macro, but you selected disable in the Macro warning dialog box when the file was opened. Use the following procedure to enable the macro:
· Close the file and any instance of the application running on the computer (close all applications that use this application).
· Open the file again, check out the details of the trust certificate and set the box Always rely on macros of that editor if you rely on the certificate issued by the editor.
· Click the Enable button to allow the macro to run.
· High or very high and the macro was not signed and was automatically disabled by the application. Use the following procedure to enable the macro, if you are sure you can rely on the source of the unsigned macro:
· Select the Tools menu option, and then select Macro and Security. In the Security dialog box, set the security level as mean by clicking the Average radio button.
· Close the file and any instance of the application running at the time on the computer.
· Open the file again and click the Enable button when prompted to allow execution of the unsigned macro.
· When you accepted the macro, return the security level of the macro to the previous configuration.
2. Another application instance has a lock on the security settings that are not allowing any changes to these settings.
· It is recommended to close all Office applications or other instances of the same application when you try to change the security settings.
3. Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is not installed on your computer.
· If VBA is not installed, it will be impossible to accept trust certificates attached to VBA macros. Therefore, no VBA macro can be performed, even with an attached trust certificate, because the required macro interpreter is not installed on the system. Two scenarios may cause this error:
· The administrator has chosen not to install VBA
· The execution Office version does not install VBA by default
· If you are running an Office instance that does not offer VBA as an installable feature, you must update the version of Office to run VBA macros.
4. The trust certificate is invalid - (when this occurs, you can not select the Enable button).
· The certificate is no longer reliable, has been repealed by the issuing authority or is corrupted. There are several other possibilities that can be explored as the reason why the certificate is no longer recognized as valid by the system. It is recommended that you do not rely more on any macro with invalid certificate and therefore do not execute it.
I hope it helps.
