Personally, I would like more a help on the inventory adjustment transaction ...

Any transaction carried out in the period is a basis for calculating the average cost.
You have to see what cost (values) were performed these misc ... after all ... misc is not a good to do ever!

Anyway ... gives a deeper check in these diverse transactions.

Are you sure Misc Transactions have no value? These transactions must have NULL value in transaction_cost to not affect the average cost.

Check that the balance in the tabel CST_PAC_ITEM_COSTS (TOTAL_QUANTITY_LAYER) and CST_PAC_QAUNTITY_LAYERS (QUANTITY_LAYER) are correct. As transaction exclusion (???) This balance may be incorrect and cause error in calculating the average cost.
