Look at http://education.oracle.com, There is well able to find some official Oracle course in Brazil.

Official Oracle Course at SC is currently no.

until last year Quicksoft was official partner for trinting, but now it is no longer.

They still offer course but non-official.

The closest officers of SC are in Curitiba (Softell) and in Porto Alegre (Fontoura).
