Now I try to connect and say: "ORA-12170: TNS: Connection timeout has occurred".
in "Administrative Tools" -> "Services", I tried to manually start the "oracleoradb10g_hoe1tnslistener" and says:

PS: The only tool I installed after Oracle was the "Visual Studio" without working with the tool I got me Connect normally, but then q. I started using the "Visual Studio", I try to connect to Oracle and I can not.
