Hi,
I am an administrator of an Oracle 10G database in RAC.
Lately there is a strange error in the database, and although so much research I can not reach the cause.

The error says to call Oracle's support :-(, that is, it does not give any tips of what can be :-(

O mundo gira muito!!

Speech Carlaestevao80,
Good afternoon,
then ... would be able to check along with the network staff or the staff who take care of the UNIX and Linux part ... because apparently this seems to be a problem user permission ... from what I realized, I believe that UNIX or Linux ... is not letting you create the file c:\oracle\product\10.1.0\admin\orcl\bdump\orcl2_lck0_3916.trc: for lack of permission .. !!

Anything posts here in the forum !!

ABS of your friend Hahu :)
PS: May God bless everyone !!

Good morning Carla.

What is the version of your bank because it will probably be necessary to perform a patch to fix this problem.

From what I saw in error is a problem with the communication between the servers. It uses the IPC protocol and when it tries to use a communication channel the same is already closed. It would be nice to check if there is no link to link or communication bottleneck.

I found this link http://www.orafaq.com/forum/t/66063/0/
occurred when he stopped an instance ...

has no resemblance to your case?

I also work with 10g in rac, we could create a specific topic, it has some peculiarities.
