There is a bank log file by calling "alert_SID.log" that is in the "bdump" folder that is specifies in your Oracle Spfile or Pfile initialization file. From a Shutdown Immediate, then rename this file and startup at the base again, the last lines of this file will bring the problem of your bank, if possible put these last lines to analyze us.
