* Operating system: Windows XP

I have a version Oracle 10g 2005 installed on my home computer. Being that this week I could no longer connect. It would be a problem with the Oracle site http://127.0.0.1:8080/htmldb/f?p=4550:1 ... 705460::NO:::)?
please help me.

Will I have to install another version?
