We are thinking of buying a new server for database ( hardware ) !!

I would like your help !!!

1 - What is the best type of processor ?? Multi-processor ?? Multi-process ??

2 - What are the best settings for Bank Server ??

3 - What is the best cost-benefit ??

4 - Does anyone have any opinion or link to pass ???

Cost benefit, USA Dell same ... Multiprocessed.
Best hardware and faster in my opinion is HP-UX, also multi processed.
