Problem with listener

Environment information:
* Oracle version: 10g
* Operating system:
Server: Windows 2000 Server
Stations: Windows XP Professional

I configured both the listener in the server and the stations are with the client as Runtime, and with the TNSNAMES equal to the server. When I will connect to the station with PL / SQL appears to MSG

Little information to help!
Here it can be anything from a wrong typing of SID until unaller listener.

good the SID is right, because only in a MAQUIA Normally accesses, that is the owner of the company, the other machines are not possible to access with this error

If you need another information to help
Have you installed the Oracle client on these stations or do you just use this PL / SQL Developer to access?
If you have installed the client, use the Bank Access Configuration Utilities: NETMGR, TNSPING.
